Refund policy

The essence of our handmade stone pieces means they have nature's touch so no items are exactly the same. We endeavour to describe each piece as accurately as we can. Please read the written descriptions for the item carefully before purchasing as we do not offer refunds due to change of mind.

If the product is damaged in transit or faulty, we will offer a replacement. Please allow us some time to replace a faulty product as we may not always have a similar piece available in stock.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please kindly let us know by emailing us at mtgreenlystonework@gmail.com and we can discuss a fair solution. Please note that we will not accept returns 14 days after you have received your order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Mount Greenly Stonework does not cover the return postage costs.
